Position: Key Account Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for the incremental revenue growth on both IT product and services offerings.
– Protecting the Existing Revenue Stream from Competition & Downward Tariff Revision.
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for IT hardware, peripherals, IT services, and software solutions.
– Seeding New Products & Services – Cross Selling & Up selling – to enhance overall revenue
– Work closely with OEM Account Managers in designated accounts and workout winning strategy.
– Business planning & Accurate Forecasting – on Revenue, Order booking, Gross Addition, Gross Net, Net Addition, Churn, Billing, Collection & Bad debts.
– Coordination with Other teams for same account across teams to ensure sync in terms of tariff offering, other circle acquisitions, Order fulfilment, Issues Resolution & various other day to day activities.
– Monitor the service delivery and service assurance aspects are in line with agreed SLA / MSA
– Facilitating Collections Team to ensure timely payments and reduction in bad debts
– Manages detailed Account dossier and updates periodically.
– Adhere and comply to all processes and systems of organization.
– Encourage an atmosphere of trust, openness and communication and an attitude based on working together and shared objectives.
Position: Solution Architect – Security

Job Description:
An SA working in security solutions plays a critical role in identifying, integrating, and optimising security technologies. This role requires strong technical acumen, vendor management skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the organization adopts the best-in-class security solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, vendor solutions, and how to align them with business and technical requirements. Additionally, the SA is responsible for actively supporting the deal closure process, ensuring that security solutions are successfully positioned, negotiated, and implemented.
The role involves SA to assist in Sales team in deal closure and contribute in bottom-line closure for the organization.
Requirements
· Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with leading security OEMs.
· Assess security products and solutions offered by OEMs based on capabilities, compliance, scalability, and integration feasibility.
· Maintain relationships with OEM sales engineers, technical account managers, and product teams for continuous updates on product roadmaps and innovations.
· Negotiate pricing, licensing models, and support contracts for security solutions.
· Design security architectures leveraging OEM solutions for enterprise security needs (network security, cloud security, endpoint security, identity & access management, etc.).
· Work with internal IT and security teams to integrate, configure, and optimize OEM security solutions.
· Conduct POC (Proof of Concept) testing to validate the effectiveness of security products before deployment.
· Act as a technical advisor to internal teams and clients on how OEM security solutions address specific use cases.
· Work closely with pre-sales, sales, and business teams to develop security solutions that meet customer needs.
· Provide insights on new security technologies and market trends based on discussions with OEM partners.
· Develop and deliver presentations, white papers, and technical documentation on security architectures.
· Define a cybersecurity strategy leveraging OEM solutions to enhance the organization’s security posture.
· Develop a multi-year security roadmap in collaboration with OEMs, aligning with business and IT goals.
· Continuously evaluate emerging security trends and threats, ensuring OEM solutions remain relevant and effective.
Mandatory Skills:
· Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, SDWAN and other networking technologies
· Experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms (Splunk, IBM QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, etc.).
· Deep understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2
· Expertise in endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR).
· Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, Email security, Endpoint Encryption
· Experience with secure SD-WAN and SASE solutions.
Good to have skills (Additional, if any):
· Ability to articulate security solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
· Experience in responding to government RFPs, RFIs, and tenders for cybersecurity and IT solutions.
· Ability to prepare detailed technical proposals, compliance matrices, and pricing models for tenders.
· Experience in vendor selection, consortium partnerships, and government project lifecycle management.
